Dojran Lake is a tectonic lake located in the southeastern part of the Republic of Macedonia. It is located at an altitude of 148 m. Through it crosses the border with Greece and it has a typical oval shape, with a length in the direction North-South 8.9 km and a width in the direction West-East 7.1 km.
Village Brajcino (Brajčino, Macedonian: Брајчино) is located at 4 km from Lake Prespa at the foot of Baba Mountain, adjacent to the National Park Pelister.
Slivnica village is located at the foot of the western side of the Baba Mountain, near the eastern shore of Lake Prespa. Placed at an altitude of 940 meters, Slivnica village is an excellent place for rural tourism, especially in the summer period, since nearby one of the most beautiful beaches in Prespa region is located.
Smilevo village also known for Smilevo Congress and Ilinden Uprising is the birthplace of the Macedonian national hero Damjan (Dame) Gruev - one of the founders and leaders of IMRO (Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization).
The Church Holy Mary Perybleptos in the old part of Ohrid city near the Upper Gate was built before 1295 and is the oldest and most beautiful church in this city.
